每次到春茧看演唱会都住这里，离南山地铁站不远，周边餐饮店很多，从演唱会场馆出来坐一站地铁就能到。朋友因为没留意喝了茶几上的依云，check out 的时候同意支付，但是也提了意见，建议茶几应该放免费水，收费的应该放到吧台。离开后酒店打来电话来表示抱歉，并且免去了那瓶水的收费。这种处理问题的态度和速度挺让人满意的。

房间一般般，但是在深圳来说也算性价比比较高的了吧。值得一说的是前台小姑娘的服务态度非常好，业务也很熟练，手脚麻利，一会儿就帮我办好手续了，点赞

各方面都还行吧，前台办事不够认真，订的1.8的豪华大床房，到了已经很晚，还要下去再换房间。而且还没早餐，好歹四星酒店，连早餐都不提供。
