卫生条件不好,10月2日入住，4号晚上发现两只大蟑螂，小孩全身痒痒，找酒店要求赔偿，酒店只同意换房间，还说不满意，可以报警，拒绝赔偿。br 4号晚上换房后，感觉卫生还是不好，身上还是好痒，5号早上起床时，又发现两只蟑螂，这一次，我拍了照和视频取证，而且值班经理也在我的视频中，我再次要求酒店给个说法，到6号为止，酒店没有拿出任何诚意处理这件事！
