恺力是一家四星级酒店，我在那住了两个晚上，第三个晚上发现了一只大蟑螂，两个孩子受到惊吓，酒店没有做出任何赔偿，酒店领导处理方式非常粗暴，竟然叫我报警，真是不配四星啊br 我们是冲着同程的信誉和四星去的，感觉恺力酒店处理问题的方式跟小旅馆差不多。
