张家界几天来住的最给力的酒店，虽说价格不是最贵的，但绝对超值，下次来张家界肯定也住这，刚住进来就迫不及待的给予好评，大赞赞在张家界市区特别值得推荐的酒店。

应该是张家界住过最好的一次，还有免费的矿泉水，住着很舒服，性价比很高，下次还来住。

酒店新开业，在市中心的路段，出入很方便，周边的小吃店、超市也很多，很喜欢他家中西结合的赶脚，必须得赞个。

定了三间，两间出现问题，大堂接待态度不好，软件跟不上硬件。硬件标准与五星有差距，加上差劲的软件就勉强够三星标准了

酒店的硬件设置还是不错的，但是服务亟待提高。我们中元节的晚上入住酒店，房间阶段性断电，阶段性灯全亮，门铃响了开门无人，应该是电力系统的问题。房间里有三只半个手掌大的蛾子，从没在号称五星标准的地方见过。打电话投诉问我们想怎样，还说有蛾子是正常的，还说我们这边不知道中元节，总之态度及其恶劣。
