以后再也不会去的酒店。预定时要求大床elong客服告诉会尽量安排，check in时前台服务人员态度冷淡的回了句“没有”，朋友要求提供插电卡时很不情愿的拿来对他说要是弄丢要赔30块钱。不知道是酒店人员是认为住客会拿走不还还是觉得客人都没有常识。房间内部也很陈旧，看电视和上网都要另收费。冲着离西湖近预定的，结果酒店对面又在修路，交通不好。
