到酒店后前台说房间没打扫好，我们就去吃饭等，吃了2小时的饭后到前台再次问还是没打扫好，我想问这是四星的酒店吗，不过他的早餐很不错，离西湖很近，

酒店距离西湖很近，步行5分钟，服务很好，房间隔音也很好，卫生设施不错，特价房很合适，可以选择。早餐有点贵，但离白露餐厅很近，交通便捷。

用elong定杭州华美达应该是没有温德姆积分的，但我这次入住酒店发生了较严重的问题，后来其前厅部经理阮璐道歉后，并同意给予温德姆积分补偿，但到目前迟迟没有收到，期间也多次电话向前台询问多次，并留下手机，但从未有回复。不知道这样没有诚信酒店，是如何生存的！

给客人预定的房间。总体感觉性价比略显一般。
我用协议价去订房，被告知无房，后来通过艺龙去定，居然还有特惠房。。。无解。- -
位置比较理想，对面是杭州最好的钱柜KTV, 左边靠近西湖北山路，饭后散步是不错的选择。
停车不是很方便，房间的设施也略显陈旧，还好客人是年纪稍大的华侨，不会很挑剔。年轻人就不推荐住此酒店了。

冲着华美达这个全国连锁的大型酒店的牌子进去住的，本来订的时候说要大床房，结果去了给了个标间，基本没有解释。房间环境一般，设施老化，感觉很一般，位置号称离西湖很近，住的是788的豪华湖景房，看到的景色被房子挡了一般，空调效果也一般，总体来说性价比很差，建议旅游的人不用考虑。
