酒店位置不错，设施都挺满意，但是服务员服务质量有待加强，结帐时说房间内一个插座转换器找不到，硬要赔钱。我出门时还在的。他们找不到就要客人赔，太不负责了！！！！！

房间很吵，而且找不到噪音的来源，外面的的房间靠马路，里面的没有窗。靠马路的噪音很大，玻璃隔音不行，晚上根本没睡好。本来想要大床的，给了我双床，每张床对面都是镜子，很别扭！而且没有一次剃须刀，忘记带了，自己出去买了一个。
