早餐比较简单 酒店环境很好，没想到广州近郊有如此出色的酒店，服务人员也训练有素，保安特别喜欢 个个都精神抖擞。真的很赞，下次会再来度假！

换了别墅，单独的私家温泉♨️，而且很私密。广州附近可以有这样水平的渡假地方已经不错了。但是吃饭最好还是在附近农庄吃。

前台接待员傲慢无理，业务也不熟悉！整个酒店都感觉没有服务，实在和收取的费用差距太大！整个酒店除了大，基本没别的特点，周围树木瘦小，感觉很荒凉，而不是所期待的山清水秀！温泉就那么几个小池，中餐厅没什么吃，仅有的一些出品死贵不说还难吃！

这个酒店的服务和它的收费不成正比！尤其前台工作人员素质差，没服务意识！真心建议该酒店的高层到都江堰的六善酒店去学习一下！

元旦过来体验，服务环境都很好，不过温泉只有室外六个小池，比较少。房间都有地暖，最小的套房也很豪华。园区很大，但电瓶车很多，招手即停，服务员都很nice。康乐区有小朋友画画的地方，另外还有个私人博物馆需要预约参观，很适合一家老小过来度假。

早餐一般，加床715是包早的，不适合带孩子，太静了，酒店位置很好，下高速很快就到。有免费停车。

地暖开了也没反应，另外空调的声音太大，影响睡眠。吃的有点贵，中餐要好过西餐。温泉有两个池不是太热，但环境真是不错。

住套房就不用挑三拣四了，这酒店的精华就是别墅。暖气不是地暖，问谁都不知道怎么调。不过可以参观下凤凰官邸还是不错的。
