半夜12点楼下空调坏了，工程师傅过来看了下说第二天修。我们就去睡觉了，结果服务员半夜一点半了敲门问空调处理的结果。搞得一晚上没睡好，第二天我问他们为啥这么晚敲门，处理结果不能问工程师傅吗？回答说怕影响师傅休息

国庆尾巴去的，没有涨价太多。酒店供娱乐的项目很多，想在酒店玩可以游泳，健身，小朋友有波波池，滑滑梯。想窝客房里有各种免费的最新的电影。不是很新的酒店，但是住得舒服，对得起这个价钱，性价比高。希望酒店的前台工作人员能多点笑容。门口泊车的大叔服务很周到！

非常失望的入住体验。卫生一般，设施陈旧。平时疏维护管理，黄金假期，楼宇水管爆裂，紧急抢修，夜间2-3点打电钻的噪音不绝于耳……本来过来度假，连基本的睡眠都无法保障。服务台态度非常不好，没有任何道歉的意思……
早餐像抢一样，座位明显不够…
服务素质这么差的酒店，每晚收950多元，也是醉了

国庆小长假，不到1000的价格、110平方米的面积看着不错了。大约32寸的电视剧 看不了清晰的节目，地板有明显的白色灰尘、沙发脏兮兮的 ……不是自己家不放心上！空调经过十几个小时的奋斗终于把室温降到了25度以下,遇到酒店爆水管 没有水冲厕所 用挖沙的小桶接热水（热水正常供应）冲！早餐大人58一位、儿童30一位，这样的价格在酒店能吃饱就不做太多要求了！位置不错较场尾沙滩、南澳沙滩、桔钓沙沙滩 开车都是10来分钟的事，酒店有车接送！泳池也不错半露天，有个篷子 挡雨、遮阳！就是太旧了！
