酒店位置看地图离深圳站不远，确实应该是属于老牌五星酒店，虽然刚装修过不久，还是能感受到那种气息！早餐不错，有地下停车场，不过因为是物业统一管理，每次出去要到前台扫一下停车券，其他的都好评，说点不足的是门迎似乎不太主动，大箱子都都是我自己从车上抱下来的~

算是深圳有知名度的五星酒店了，万豪旗下。酒店设施新，装修风格适合我。整体服务够五星标准，比较安静，住着舒服。
离国贸、东门老街都很近，走路不到10分钟；周边吃饭地方多，酒店早餐也很丰富，三楼饭店喝早茶，可以在大众点评上买优惠券。据说顶楼是旋转餐厅，没时间去。
ps:健身房还不错，平时锻炼没啥人，但有一两台器械需要维修了。

在深圳算是地段不错，是国际大牌的范儿，总体感觉还行，因为行程比较匆忙，没太多感受彭年万利的其他服务。

前台小聪服务很好，房间设施都很好，很干净卫生，还有免费的下午茶送，前台还有水果饼干都是免费提供的，早餐很不错丰富，免费的的洗衣房很不错，还有一些日常用品可以免费提供

这个彭年酒店。陈旧。老，破，前台服务特别差，环境更是没法讲，这种服务的酒店也就只能和七天连锁的平等了。
