临时决定出来走走，手机上看了一下酒店，看这家评论都挺好的，然后订了，果然没有失望，挺好的，非常安静，中式风格会让人觉得放下城市里的喧嚣放松下来了～～酒店的员工见到都会微笑说你好，不管前台还是阿姨，另外，酒店细节地方都做的很好，酒店的毛巾都单独包装的，感觉比较干净，沐浴露肥皂什么的是欧舒丹的，特别表扬充电器，真的考虑的非常到位，非常细心，忘了带充电器，还想着晚上回酒店了找充电宝，没想到回去了就发现放了充电器在房间了，而且有3个头适用不同的手机，非常贴心，床上用毛巾叠的小兔子炒鸡卡哇伊，送了牛奶和小礼物，早餐也是酒店赠送的，还不错，另外，特别谢谢前台小姐姐免费升级了房间，笑容也非常的甜。门口指引停车位的保安人员需加强一下，明明酒店有停车位，一进来就让我往对面另外的收费停车场开，不让停酒店停车场，还告知我们酒店停车场是要收费的，然后自己下车问了一下前台，前台说可以停，特别表扬一下前台小哥哥因帮忙确认停车位，自己跑了一趟亲自确认，谢谢了，总体入住感觉就两个字形容：贴心！墙裂推荐～～下次来还会住这里～～

入住阅山轩，是一场邂逅，一次惊喜。中式风格，本就是家人之所爱。而窗帘后的绿意盎然，卫生间的洁净舒适，入住时的一份点心，玲珑瓶中的茶叶，夜晚归来时的两瓶牛奶，早晨醒来时大堂工作人员的灿烂笑容……无不体现着这座虞山脚下酒店的人文关怀。走过很多路，看过许多风景，到最后打动我们的不是富丽堂皇，而是细致入微！最后，亦感谢拥有美丽笑容的李婷小姐，令我们的行程增添美好！下次，定会再来……

几年前住过,觉得很好。今年来常熟又订阅山轩。一如既往的干净卫生,环境好,服务好,好像住在家里的感觉,天天送水果,牛奶,不送礼品,这个宾馆很好。

阅山轩是每次来常熟一定下榻的酒店亲子商务均适合酒店在虞山脚下毗邻兴福寺房间细节都很贴心连浴巾都是消毒好塑封好的茶杯去大厅消毒柜里自取适合对卫生要求较高的住客这次酒店中餐厅的刀鱼馄饨味道不错一家老小都很喜欢再次感谢酒店大堂经理和销售经理贴心服务

酒店给我的感觉真好酒店在细节方面很花心思，从入住到以后的服务让我感觉到很舒服，酒店准备的一些小礼物很有创意，酒店的地理位置也有优势，特别对信佛之众提供方便，常熟市的兴福寺就在附近，做为住店客人下次来常熟一定会再次选择。
