因为小孩子想要在苏州再玩一晚，所以从高速上又返回了苏州，临时决定住这家酒店，前台的Candy非常贴心帮我们安排了好莱坞大床房，还送了一个非常喜庆的老虎公仔，小孩子非常喜欢。

订的是套餐含了自助早餐和自助晚餐性价比还是蛮高的早餐品种还挺丰富稍微吐槽一下晚餐自助因为疫情和入住日期原因用餐人不是很多…准备了很多菜但是都冷了还有就是所有的菜调味偏咸…无法再吃第二口…不过前台入住时Candy服务很好，给升级了房间还送了饮料券延迟退房也OK

酒店位置好，交通方便，离金鸡湖景区很近，前台接待summer热情友好，给我们升级了湖景房，可以看见苏州中心。酒店的儿童用具很可爱，早饭也深得我心。下次来金鸡湖还会考虑再入住。

过年去住的诺富特酒店，前台经理张雯帮我们升级了致雅湖景房，房间可以看到东方之门和金鸡湖，房间干净，很舒服，带孩子走路去金鸡湖边和旁边的诚品走了走，感觉不错，强烈推荐
