第一次住这边，订了两间房，感觉很好，下车有保安帮忙提行李，前台办理入住很有效率，服务也让人很舒心，房间很大，因为不吸烟我们住在5F的无烟楼层，酒店装修很奇特，很喜欢，房间卫生处理的也非常让人感到放心，酒店负一楼配有游泳池和小型的观影室，这次因为工作出差没有时间，下次有时间过来一定会下去体验一下，值得入住！

第二次入住，酒店很好，房间较大，有写字台和双人沙发，床很大。服务挺好，带小孩主动多送一套洗漱用品。晚上送了水果，服务员还把拖鞋啊，毛巾啊都放到床头，很用心。早餐也很丰富。周边环境不错，有石湖，有商业广场，吃喝玩都不错。@韩倩文

五星好评，入住好几次凯莎酒店必须点个赞，强烈推荐!酒店很好，房间不错还准备了各种水果，宽敞舒适，一进去就已经很暖和，没有想象的那么冷，布置的也特别别致，设施设备都很齐全，网络很快速，酒店位置有也很不错，离旺山景区和SM购物中心也很近，关键离地铁4号线超级近，周边还有石湖公园可以逛逛。昨天晚上吃的5楼中餐厅，菜品很齐全，餐厅的环境不错。早上也在酒店西餐厅吃的早餐，让我惊讶的是这里的服务员都特别热情，时时刻刻都在注意我们的需求，需要喝点什么，还给我泡了杯红茶，走的时候还很热情的给我送了小玩偶，印象特别深刻的是这里的服务生韩倩文和鹿兰芳，很贴心，不停为我提供服务，给大家配几张图，推荐大家来入住，下次来苏州一定再次选择凯莎酒店，大大的点个赞!!!很棒的一次入住体验，服务到心里来，推荐大家可以来入住!!

酒店很棒哦入住满意前台服务员服务热情体贴出来玩的提醒我们最近早晚温差较大外出记得带衣服及时添加保暖很友好的服务员印象尤为深刻的是李红艳和韩倩文两个小姑娘服务很好值得再次入住体验的以后来苏州还会继续来凯莎酒店入住的很感谢住店期间两位美女给予的关照点个赞
