环境非常优美，客房高大上，价格不算高。非常适合年纪大的人休闲度假，同时酒店也安排了很多适合年轻人家人的游玩设施和活动。所有的服务人员都非常主动热情，尽力提供超值优惠服务（房型升级、提供茶点水果、离店小礼品等）

酒店整体环境出众，占地面积广阔，景色优美，可以认为是一个大型公园，有各色绿植。住宿楼有好好几栋，分布在不同位置。房间标准五星级标准，早餐也挺丰盛。缺点就位置略偏，去商业区要开车，苏州的路不是很好走，到处修路地铁之类。

环境一流的酒店。办理入住手续时前台稍显冷淡，但操作熟练也送了宝宝小礼物。原本要求的高楼层没打扫好换了四楼顶头的房间，视野被绿植遮了一半不过接下来的时间户外居多也无所谓了。8号楼主楼非常方便，早餐，泳池，儿童乐园都集中在这里。门口大片的草坪，还有一个户外儿童乐园，小朋友们在那玩的不亦乐乎。早餐很丰富，小馄饨尤其好吃。中餐厅的菜式也非常棒，我们住了两天，基本上一天三顿都在酒店解决的，也没重样，吃的很满意。服务没有特别热情，但是也都按流程走，需要的东西会给你补上，每天也会有小的点心礼品送到房间

第二次来了，这次是度假，服务周到，环境非常优美，正赶上孩子过生日，酒店送来了礼物??。景色秀丽、移步异景，儿童可以喂鱼、游泳和游乐场。非常推荐

早餐非常好，适合带孩子，酒店位置有点偏，开车最好，但是叫车也方便，环境非常好，湖，草地，各种植物，可以理解成国宾馆，非常大，可以走走，跑步，酒店还有高尔夫球车，和自行车，下次来还住，特别适合周末度假，放松，还有游泳池，网球场
