位置极佳，离西湖音乐比较近。房间配有电脑，智能马桶。前台接待人员态度也还蛮好的。全家都比较满意这次住宿。

第一次定了普通标间，这次是豪华标间，居然没有普通的好。老酒店虽然新装修过，但内里还是旧。电视网络一会儿断一会儿断的，空调声音很大，各种抽屉都不灵活，卫生间尤其旧，马桶老式还不是虹吸的，淋浴花洒手柄都凹了，下水很慢，洗发沐浴露的盒子陈旧发黄，隔音还一般，晚上能听到隔壁说话。再不定豪标了，性价比超低

前台服务态度有待提高，客房服务态度很好，当日午间到店，房间刚退，通知客房服务人员，立即就来打扫，速度很快。
次日卫生打扫不错，还帮着把衣服晾在易干处，并且留言，很周到的！
早餐还行，服务态度有待提高。
酒店设施还行，冷气足，热水好，无异味。
交通较方便，也安静。
