宾馆地处市中心，闹中取静，交通方便，环境设施一流，特别是服务热情、周到、贴心，从前台到大堂，从保洁到行李库房保管，都能认真负责，主动细致，让人有家的感觉。以后去杭还住梅地亚。

酒店位置很好，就在闹市区，去西湖逛逛就到了。梅地亚是老酒店了，各方面设施有点旧，餐厅布局也不是很合理，服务人员还算热情。总的来说因为地段，客人是不缺的。
