前台服务很好。位置也很好。在地铁龙翔站边上。去西湖也很方便。酒店老旧。但里面装修很新。墙纸都是新贴的。

酒店走路到西湖边十分钟之内，西湖逛一圈光靠走路是不行的，一圈大概10公里左右。游船一定要坐，才能去岛上看三潭印月。酒店房间较小，设施也一般，床也很老了。早餐也一般。地理位置不错，地铁站300米多点，又离西湖不远。
