喜来登，是值得信任的酒店品牌。选择入住杭州西溪喜来登度假酒店，一是信价比高，二是有意避开噪杂的市区。
酒店服务很好！从前台到服务生都非常热情，尤其是客房中心的“凯蒂"，当她得知我因在酒店用餐而想稍晚退房时，仔细地作了安排。

酒店是五星酒店的标准 可能年代长了设施有些陈旧 服务有些死板 朋友定的豪华房离大堂位置很远 我们定的亲子房布置的倒还不错 酒店地理位置离西溪很近 建议去西溪玩的可以住这里 前台直接买票可以打折 早餐一般般不算丰富 有地下停车库 离开时记得拿停车券
