酒店不错，离西湖、武林路和嘉里中心等都很近，便利程度比较高。就是设施有点老，住住还算可以，前台kiki 服务很好。

这是一次不错的🍴用餐体验，有机会还会再来！总机的员工好像是叫summer的声音甜美，非常热情，打电话过去有什么问题都及时帮忙解决了，还有入住时的前台接待Laura也非常喜欢，总之很满意！

酒店地理位置很不错，离西湖很近，方便游玩，整体的住宿也是比较满意的，酒店的服务人员服务态度很不错，有个一个叫Summer的小姐姐服务也是很不错的。
