非常不错的度假酒店。停车方便。今年已经是第二次入住了，酒店面积很大，适合走走逛逛，太湖边的一尺花园咖啡厅是个亮点。餐食味道一般，价格偏贵。但西山周边很多农家乐，吃饭都很方便。温泉有些失望，太小了，只开了一个池子，没啥意思。房间很舒服，暖气很热，就是套房外面就是游乐场，有点吵。服务员态度超好，值得一个赞👍🏻带父母孩子去度假，还是很好的选择

西山可选的酒店不多，这家酒店还挺意外。园林式设计，服务员都挺热情的，早餐的焖肉面味道很不错，房间打扫的也很干净惊喜。酒店临近太湖的区域，还有家咖啡店，很适合阳光好的下午坐着放空

小夏同志让我有了宾至如归的感觉有待改进地方我要说一下泳池有异味，没看见消毒池儿童室内游乐园卫生要搞一下浴室洗澡时水会忽冷忽热餐厅晚餐菜品不是特别新鲜太咸了餐厅早餐面食区老师傅服务有待提高蛮遗憾的一尺咖啡没去上，下次一定要去说一下还会再次入住原因细微服务做的真心蛮好的双人房单人床130爱了洗发沐浴露护发素爱了酒店餐厅芥菜大馄炖扬州炒饭爱了还配备了两床羽绒被子爱了卫生间卫浴设备蛮好的洗澡水压蛮大的超级爽还赠送了小礼物总之是一场愉快的旅程

西山岛上最好的酒店，性价比高环境优美，酒店内好多百年树龄的琵琶树和杨梅树，前台美女很热情直接给我们升了三级，房间很大，没有异味，也很干净，空调超级冷，舒服。最赞的是酒店里有一家一尺花园咖啡馆，比上海的一尺花园更赞更有无敌湖景，喝杯咖啡三五知己聊聊天，太舒服了。酒店的早餐品种还算丰富，餐厅要点赞，同样的太湖三白，跟岛上农家乐比好太多了，吃了之后觉得根本不用出去找农家乐，也要点赞一下。西山岛值得常来，涵园值得常住。
