你可以永远相信英迪格，环境很nice，服务也很贴心，我们一家开了两间房间，是Patrick接待的，帮我们升级了房型，五楼的湖景视野超赞的，早餐和晚餐都还不错的，后面气温暖和，还会考虑去的[愉快]湖边走走 自行车🚲骑骑
距离比斯特也蛮近得，可以去买买买！

🍃环境：阳澄湖边，面朝湖面，世外桃源
🔔服务：服务员都非常有礼貌
🧹卫生：整体干净整洁，房间浴缸缺少放手机的位置，浴缸下水打不开
🚗 交通：来这应该只能自驾，因为在阳澄湖边

缺点：
1、房间偏小
2、洗漱用品都是大瓶的
3、餐厅只有一个，且上菜速度慢
4、早餐就是普通快捷酒店的水准
5、地下停车场转弯困难
6、泳池健身房都不大，泳池没有儿童拖鞋

2、酒店比较新，房间没有异味

酒店是2021年新开的，但房间设施、设计都只是刚符合一个商务酒店的要求，根本匹配不上1600的房价，房间的热空调从入住到离开始终只有19度，工程部来人也没办法。好在所有的工作人员服务态度都很好，前台、门卫、餐厅、泳池的员工都值得表扬。
