是真的无语！
前方无需等候的情况check in 20min
苏州本地未离苏 还需要48h核酸…
39层 空调不制冷 这个天 ac 16度室内27度 就离谱！酒体表示冷风压缩机没开 喊工程师傅用工具开窗 再那个电风扇！就离谱 并没有用 于是第一次换房间28层 依旧很热 而且像上个卫生间发现卫生间坐便器全是脚印👣！！ 这是一个五星酒店会出现的情况？？？ 晚班经理小哥态度还是很诚恳 于是换了第三间房 才得以基本解决！
