酒店位置很偏，价格较高，一瓶可乐20元。酒店位于武洛科技园旁边，周围吃饭、购物十分不便，什么也没有。酒店硬件条件不错，服务一般，不热情，前台人员没表情，冷冰冰。自助早餐78元一位，并且不能计入房费。只有在附近出差的人住此，到苏州游玩最好不选此地。

从杭州来苏州旅游，入住了皇家金煦酒店，周边的环境很赞， 看到了苏州的古桥宝带桥，苏州的古运河。酒店整体给我的感觉就是一个古典、雅、富丽堂皇。客房走的是典雅温馨，有浪漫情调的设计路线。晚上睡前去泳池锻炼了下身体，光泳池开放就满足了我对五星设备的要求。因为偏离了闹市区，晚上睡觉很安静，看着窗外的运河夜景，也是一大美事。早餐也挺中规中矩的，酒店整体设备软件方面都还是让人满意的。前台服务也训练有素，入住的过程中出了一点小问题，前台小姐的解决方式让我非常认可，态度真诚，解决迅速。

游泳池一定带孩子试试，池子大人不多，小盆友有自己的池子，大人的池子深度也正好
