总体感觉还算不错。提两点建议：1、枕头太软了，能否加一个荞麦皮的枕头；2、床太高了，能否降低点。早餐不错，种类挺多的。

总体感觉不错的只是下午到达酒店的时候门口没有一个工作人员;等了好长时间出来一个我们问车可以停在哪里.他很随意指了一下。我们一看这地方不能停，会影响后面和旁边的车…再问他地下车库有没有停车位…他也不回答;这时候我先生说先把行李箱和东西拿下来再去找停车位，这位工作人员看到我拿了大包小包的东西:尽量一点都没有帮忙的意思…直管自己走…真的是无语了。在这里要感谢前台二位美女服务员很快帮我办理了入住手续…还帮升级了朝南房间。晚上还接到了来自酒店的一个很暖心的电话。在这里我像她们深深的感谢！

总体来说很不错，最近圣诞节，酒店装饰非常好看。入住办理速度很快，前台doris，nora，tina，mary服务很热情，点赞。高楼层视野很开阔，住的非常舒服。值得五星好评。

這是一家老牌的五星級酒店，設施部分算部分符合五星級的要求，但這次住宿有點失望，以相同大床型的旅店來說，這家的空間應該是我住過最小的房間，此外，衛浴的設計也是從沒見過的腦洞，看的出來是舊型房間改新型的設計，充滿著不合理；由於飯店前面正在施作昆山S1線，故顯得有點侷促，但這不影響日後它的交通便利性，停車位有限，建議來這住需提早規劃，自助早餐的部分算中規中矩，屬於中上層次，如果喜歡素食或西式早餐，這家是不錯的選擇，中式早餐算還行；但雖然房間空間小，但床及枕頭本身感覺不錯，算是裡面最大的優點，可以讓人好好地休息
