很满意！酒店位置非常好，真正掩映在湖景中，拥有400多米的亲水湖岸线，傍晚时分夕阳很美，餐厅可以直接看见湖面，用餐愉悦。最最关键是酒店重新装修过，不再存在其他老酒店的设施陈旧的问题，服务也很热情周到，值得推荐！

酒店位置和设施都很不错，可软件方便还需更进，可能是国营管理，和国际酒店相比细节很多不足，十点要冰块却告知没有，入住时房型不附，幸好及时反映经理给换了房，因第一次入住这家酒店满怀期待，但入住时他们的疏忽还是造成些失望，室内空调不可以调成冷风，都3月中旬了还吹热风，热到一晚上没睡好！希望还是改进一下，必竟收的是五星酒店的价位呀

服务很热情 周到 地理位置也很不错 就在西湖边上 建筑古色古香 可能是过年后错峰出游的关系 酒店客人不是非常多 比较清静 非常不错 是出行度假的好去处
