酒店地理位置就不说了，在我最爱的南山路，吃饭也很方便，去柳浪闻莺的码头游湖步行5分钟。唯一遗憾是天气太热了，下次凉快点再去住一次！

酒店不大，位置非常好，闹中取静，在柳浪闻莺和雷峰塔之间，临湖，有酒店自己的独家湖岸，小花园布局精心，处处即景，订的豪华湖景房，实际不完全临湖，推窗是小花园，越过花园才是湖，虽不能揽湖无余，但窗外风景也很好，不足之处有三：一是窗户轨道和玻璃外侧不洁净，还能看到蜘蛛网，可能是有些时日没有擦了，二是健身和游泳馆的一位服务人员态度让人不是太舒服，跟五星酒店略不匹配，三是游船有些敷衍，看上去像是从外面叫来的画舫，没有讲解。管家很好，遗憾把他的名片落宾馆了

西湖边四大国宾馆之一，环境确实没的说，服务周到热情，酒店的菜品精致可口，唯一缺点感觉房间空间设计不合理，50平方的房间卫生间占了三分之一不止，睡觉的反而没觉得怎么大。

双休日入住酒店满房，办理手续时升级到了豪华亲子房，可以看到湖景，房间也很大，大概等到三点才有房间可以入住。酒店的位置很好，园林绿化小桥流水独具一格，安保工作也很仔细，入口有专门的工作人员负责询问放行。酒店的管家（吴先生）很不错，工作热情细致负责。泳池、餐厅的服务人员也都很亲切。感觉柳莺里是一家注重细节的酒店，个人很喜欢。
