订了两间，一间帮我们免费升级，房间色调清新，庭院雅致，完胜前一晚的西溪喜来登酒店，后悔没订两晚，早餐也很精致，就在柳浪闻莺旁边，独家湖景，非常棒！下次再来！但，亲子方面稍显不足！对面客房点了外卖吃完后就把垃圾放在门口，素质差！

酒店就在柳浪闻莺旁边，均为两层，占据了西湖部分河段，环境美得没法形容，服务态度非常好，尤其是前台主管毛女士，我们全家四大四小，行李很多，中午已经退房毛女士建议我们东西寄存酒店，并找人安排好，在入住的过程中，酒店服务中心人员都很热心。美中不足的是，自助餐不值，除了酒店赠送的100元券，加上服务费也要160一个人，品种少，东西没啥硬货，，牛排，虾，蟹脚都是冷冻的，饮料也是调制非现榨，希望餐饮部能有所改进

首先要说的不是景美，而是人美。正因为工作人员的热情、友善、亲和、负责，使得我们倍感温暖，心之欢愉，自然眼尽美物。不得不说，杭州人的素质还是挺高的。
