紧邻雷峰塔景区 酒店外部环境很好 有自己的西湖游湖区域 服务不错 内部设施有些旧了 不过房间里的消耗洗漱用品都不错 早餐需要步行到另一幢楼就餐 下雨天带孩子稍有些麻烦 总体还不错 性价比一般

这次在西子宾馆入住体验特别棒，不管是硬件还是软件都棒棒哒。酒店地理位置非常优越，与西湖各景点都非常近，离雷峰塔步行仅200米，感觉这里就是个世外桃源，不出酒店就能尽情欣赏美丽的西湖，庭院环境优美，空气好，远离城市喧嚣，最适合拍照的地方就是9号楼前的大草坪。酒店每天下午4点有人文导赏活动，可以带大家参观G20国宴厅。酒店还有免费的游泳和健身服务。在这里特地给总台小杨点赞，服务很周到、很热情，大堂经理小叶也很好，有机会下次还会选择这里。西子好评！
