酒店环境不错，附近都是购物中心，景点，挺方便的。房间挺干净，不过设备有些陈旧，就是没有无线网络有些遗憾，总体还可以，相比较性价比可以。

服务很好，宾馆也很干净，比较安静，适合商旅人士入住。不错，下次还会入住的。不错。
如果能把房间设计的更大点，更舒服点就更好了。

交通便利，态度很好， 地处繁华的延安路南端，距吴山广场、清河坊3分钟的路程，离西湖800M，西湖银泰购物中心50M。 要是房间大点更好了

酒店照片与实际有差别，大床房图片上床为1.5米*2米，实际上床只有1.2米宽*1.8米左右；房间很小，性价比不高，不推荐入住。
