说实话，酒店的硬件设施有些老了，服务人员的素质参差不齐，个别人服务态度不太好，但是又有些人服务态度很好。
总体上位置不错，还是可以推荐的。

这家酒店真的不错，价格不是很贵，卫生好，硬件也不错，地理位置更好，就在吴山广场旁边。房间宽敞明亮，是标准型的酒店，不是快捷哪种类型的，唯一不足的是网速一般，如果网速很快了就十分的完美了。

连续住了两天。交通方便，西湖近，银泰近，借公交自行车近。顺便说一句，要吃饭的话，周边一口田快餐店和新丰小吃很不错！

特价房在顶层，斜屋顶，电视等设施都很陈旧，整个房间让人感觉不太好，很闭塞。不过酒店地段很好，吃玩行都比较方便。如果不讲究的或者只住一晚的朋友可以考虑。

住的特价房，但条件还好，除了空间小了点，房间挺干净。对面就是银泰西湖店，离吴山广场和西湖都很近，借公交自行车很方便。顶一下！

星期日到星期四这家店的价格为258。星期五到星期六晚上是398。258的价格来说非常非常划算。。我觉得按照398的价格才是正常的。只是我是学生398嫌贵了点。里面的设施、地理位置、卫生、服务都非常好。258的价格我觉得在200~300的价位里很难再找出这么好的酒店了。
