清明节去西湖在艺龙订的这家酒店豪华商务房，艺龙服务态度很好。酒店还干净，热水中央空调还好，房间简陋，入住时窗户关不上，后叫工人来修勉强关上，酒店临街晚上有点吵，楼下公交车方便距离西湖15分钟，河坊街8分钟，酒店服务态度很一般，以至于退房后想要喝点热水都不给。总体来说不值308元/天！！

入住当天给艺龙网打电话推荐订的，感叹于该网站服务人员的专业和周到。
意欣酒店在吴山广场后面，挨着西湖银泰、中信银行，坐车很方便，K35可到火车站（去那坐机场巴士20/位，40分钟能到）。晚上往北走15分钟可到西湖，绕一大圈可以看到音乐喷泉。周边吃的也挺多，随意挑选。
住的特价间，148，干净安静，比较宽敞，东西也齐全，就是窗户是斜的，不过不影响其它。

我住的是特价房，是斜顶的，感觉还挺新鲜，不过设施不是很新，地段很好，住个一天两天还不错
