前台服务态度冷淡，房间设施陈旧，地毯有味道。唯一的优点是酒店的位置，去西湖或是南宋御街都很方便，提供给大家做参考。

房间内是中央空调太吵，窗户隔音非常不好，一晚都被楼下车来车往和公交车的声音折腾，仅此一次入住即够。

酒店地段还不错，就是房间太差了，里面的设施设备都好旧啊，房间大小还行，厕所浴室看起来不干净，洗澡的时候还漏水，洗完澡厕所就变水漫金山了。下次绝对不来这酒店了。
