预定的是豪华商务房，挺干净的，房间也挺大，刚开始预定的时候没有注意到网上的点评，是预定以后才看到的，发现有好多都是说这家酒店不好，心里忐忑不安，到了后才发现没有网上说的这么差，有可能是入住的楼层关系，我订的房间在4楼，除了因为靠近马路比较吵其他都挺好，步行两分钟到银泰，四分钟到河坊街，10分钟到西湖，很方便，下次我还会预定。

这是我在杭州住过最差的酒店。酒店位置确实不错，就在吴山广场，但是里面的设施很旧，门都是破破烂烂的，大床房的床只有1。35米宽，而且床垫的质量也很差，房间一股臭味。洗手间小的很，没有淋浴房的，就是在马桶上方墙上装个喷头就算是浴室了。

酒店房间太小，斜顶房间；空调不制冷，噪音大。设施陈旧，服务一般。门脸不起眼；价格和实际房子非常失望；打死也不会住那，在同价比的情况下于相近的瑞曼汀酒店相比有天然之别；

离河坊街很近，拐个弯就到了，到西湖边要十几分钟。房间有点小，给我的是斜顶房间，房间不大，有点老了，就是床是一米宽的，现在的宾馆这么小的床不多见了。
