酒店设施让我很失望，早上退房才发现床头大片污渍。泳池对外租用 且小。住过重庆同一集团的盛捷酒店 苏州这个算集团的高端了。很失望

入住体验极差，泳池下水梯子塌陷导致家人擦伤，白天时间酒店无值班经理处理问题。保安唯一能回答的就是我说的不算。泳池换衣间非常脏，有刺鼻臭味。入住房间有非常严重的气味，类似于新装修房屋的气味。千万别入住这家酒店，同等价格还是选更好的星级酒店
