位置很好，毗邻地铁1号线和东方之门。但是，但是，1.要求双床房只给安排大床房，前台解释说给携程回复的但是我并没有接到任何告知；2.房间空调热死了热死了热死了！还没法调，只能关了。3.早上退房，我凑上一个询问这边能否办理退房，一个领班模样女子手一台请后面排队，春节期间貌似专业其实毫无人情味的做事水准，姐姐我只是先问问能否办理退房并没有要插队的意思；4.退了房我提出要开发票，前台告诉我不能开，原因是我的钱不是交给她的，谁来办的让谁来开发票，我的个乖乖！我住在你们这儿钱不是交给你的交给谁了？我是不是还要感谢昨晚没有被请出去之恩？苏州万怡，太令人失望了。
