下午1点10分带着小孩和老人办理入住，但是房间没有打扫好。一直等到2点40还没打扫好。已经提前和前台说先打扫一间房出来休息但没用。小孩和老人都不能休息。最后投诉才答应10分钟内弄好。这一点非常不满意。
