周末带小朋友一起出游，住店总体感受不错，酒店还有儿童乐园，Eudora和Kay服务也很好很贴心，当天正巧生日送来了生日蛋糕！

地理位置优越，环境很好，健身房设施齐全，泳池暑假的关系，小孩多有点闹。泳池门口的按摩椅很舒服。

服务员都特别礼貌，看见都会主动打招呼，笑容也很亲切。宝宝去室内儿童乐园玩时，正巧遇到关门，服务员看到，立马开门开空调让宝宝进去玩。给了4颗星，是因为餐厅不肯提供微波炉加热服务，虽然餐厅经理给了很官方的理由，隔夜食品容易吃坏肚子是对客人负责。但是做为一家五星的酒店这点服务都不肯提供，未免显得不尽人情，菜品不是酒店提供的，有问题我们也不会责怪酒店，这样官方的回绝，酒店是省事了，但也寒了客人的心，本就是打着亲子口号，有很好服务口碑的酒店，居然有这样铁面无私的服务，也是呵呵了。我就想问一句，这位餐厅经理，您从来不吃隔夜的食物么?您一吃隔夜的食物就会出问题么?国家提倡光盘行动和餐后打包，您却劝我们为了安全还是扔掉，是的，不给加热，我们只好扔掉了。谢谢您的建议！
