酒店位置好，设计很有特色，装潢漂亮，设施齐全，餐食丰盛美味，所有工作人员服务态度和质量都很好。特别感谢：
1. 前台的宾客服务助理梅依婷，服务态度棒，工作效率高，全程微笑，耐心，给人感觉如沐春风。
2. 礼宾唐志豪和保安罗序勇，服务主动热情，帮忙找停车位，并送我们矿泉水，非常感谢！
3. 宾客关系主任陈心怡，服务热情，离店时还给宝宝送了小礼物，孩子很开心，谢谢！

苏州二日游，订的是两间豪华标间，酒店离苏州中心只需步行，综合体可以逛上一天，好多好吃的店。晚上吃过晚饭可以金鸡湖畔散步，夜景美。早餐不错，种类很多，服务人员态度好。需要改进的话也是硬件问题，酒店室内游泳池太小，水池水不是干净。
