电梯下午的时候坏了，后来酒店安排做员工电梯上去房间 然后做员工电梯里面这个电梯也坏了，无奈7楼爬到23楼，晚上的时候我下去拿外卖 房卡刷酒不了电梯 不知道怎么回事，又差点爬楼梯上去。酒店的地理位置还是很不错的，但是个人觉得早餐的价格真对不起那个价格。

酒店设施很失望，吹风机两次短路，第二次更是突然砰地一声炸了线路都黑了，把我跟我朋友吓得不轻。然后晚些时候马桶也堵了。但是来修的服务员大爷人很好，说着一口好听的苏州话，大半夜不辞辛苦帮我们换了吹风机，搬椅子上去重新开了厕所跳了的电闸，还帮我们疏通了马桶，感谢🙏🏻

地理位置得天独厚 对面就是新光天地 不远处就是诚品书店 久光百货 圆融广场 比邻金鸡湖月光码头 吃喝玩乐一应俱全 服务到位 可能下雨的原因 开始给的房间有点闷 和前台沟通立即来帮着换了楼层 员工服务意识较强 真心觉得棒棒的！

各方面感觉都很不错，房间空间感很好，位置便利，惊喜的是酒店还有免费接送奥莱的大巴，玩的轻松愉快！下次还会考虑凯悦。
