经常住酒店，第一次评论是因为太差劲，这是我住过最垃圾的万豪，甚至酒店，停车离前厅要绕一大圈，大门口保安一问三不知，大厅连个门童都没有，1000多平的大厅只有一个前台，大厅地毯像捡来一样脏，没有服务，十点二十到没有吃的并且周边什么没有，早餐也很凑合。

키즈룸으로 현장 유료업그레이드 했는데 아이들이 텐트 침구를 너무 좋아했어요. 날씨가 좋지 않아 놀이터와 야외수영장을 이용하지 못해 아쉬웠습니다. 볼링과 수영장 모두 좋았어요. 비가 와서 날이 좀 서늘했는데 수온이 너무 차가워서 오래 놀 수는 없었어요. 탈의실 내 온탕도 운영했으면 좋겠어요

定的是山景房，前台Patrick很Nice，免费帮我们升级为湖景房，并送了三份早餐，非常赞👍！酒店的设施很适合度假，孩子们三天游泳三次，玩得很开心，游泳池很干净！服务也很到位，

趁长假刚过，入住苏州太湖万豪酒店，一次舒适的体验，酒店前台朱小姐为我们免费升级湖景房，从房间陆地窗向外眺望，景色很美。从酒店到太湖边10几分钟路，适合晚饭后散步观景。到西山岛开车20几分钟，也比较方便。点赞。

我觉得早餐还不错的，基本还有的都有了。顶楼万豪餐厅味道也不错。酒店为入住客人免费提供附近几个景点门票，需要自己去礼宾部领取。健身房在隔壁万丽，总体来说万豪的品牌值得信任。
