房间几乎连不上wifi 这点很无语！早餐很简单没啥好吃的，面包片拿完了半小时都没补上去，我吃的时候才八点不到啊，九点来吃的岂不是更没东西吃了？退房很慢，查房了半天

酒店就在太湖边，设施比较老旧，房间热水要半小时才出来，不知是不是网订缘故，入住有房间还一定给安排一楼。综合给差评！！

非常糟糕的入住体验，首先按照信息提示的地址，是错的，打电话总台，一问三不知，到店登记，爱理不理，好像与我们八辈子有仇似的，没有礼貌用语，看着都让人上火。按理说，前台的服务是整个酒店的形象。好在去餐厅吃饭，服务人员的态度倒是很好。稍微有点安慰。

酒店住了几次，Wifi信号很差，到了晚上完全没有信号，结果害我手机超了六十几元流量费。

去的时候算淡季，所以人不多，酒店房间设施略老，但还是蛮干净的，一开始wifi有问题，客服也算比较快的来解决了。
酒店位置略偏，且因为前面道路旁边有护林，再加上酒店不够高，所以风景一般，看不太出湖景。
最大的不足是早饭太烂，极少而且感觉都不是当天的，另外如果在酒店内部找服务员或者保洁都要找半天。
总体而言，性价比还可以，开车的话不远处的农家乐经济实惠，大众点评一搜就知道了。蛮推荐的。
