过年来场说走就走的旅行，带上老人孩子一大家人，大堂在三楼，我们到的时候是下午，正赶上唱戏的。前台服务员很热情，彬彬有礼。大堂一位穿长衫的大叔也非常热情，为我们介绍酒店的整体布局。整个酒店古色古香，适合放松身心，住客可以免费出入酒店后面的盘门景区，没什么人，走走看看也不错，就是有点冷。酒店还有室外泳池，夏天来应该更舒适。早餐也不错，中式西式都有。

酒店建筑环境很有特色，地处古迹盘门之前，小桥流水，苏州园林景观，景致很适合拍摄古装片呢！唯一有些不方便的就是每次从房间出来到lobby 到餐厅 到泳池 是a long way ，绕啊绕啊。酒店工作人员态度都很温和。因为checkin等候时间长了些 还送了两天免费早餐给孩子。早晨自助餐还不错，水果新鲜，油条和油饼好吃。酒店交通便利，有公交地铁可以到观前街、虎丘等景点。出门走几步就是老店清华酒楼，可惜春节人多要预定，没吃到。房间浴室水量很大，可以洗的很舒服。

带着父母和两娃来苏州过年。选择了家庭房，两张大床够住，自助早餐，下午茶都挺好的。还有游泳池和桑拿房，都免费使用。孩子玩的挺开心，父母也给了好评，后花园能直接去盘门景区，免费入园，值得游玩。下次来苏州还选择住这。
