去苏州已经住过好几次这家酒店了，万豪旗下的品牌还是很不错的，性价比很高。酒店房间还是挺大的，设施都很齐全，有免费的地下停车场，也可以停在酒店外。酒店离苏州中心很近，大概2km左右，吃饭购物还是很方便的。

临时决定带孩子去苏州玩，订了这家酒店！酒店不在最热闹的金鸡湖边，但打车很方便！酒店门前的一天樱花道很漂亮！酒店硬件很好，一开始给安排在五楼，窗外就是一堆空调外机，申请换了房间，升了一级，窗外正对公园，风景很好！房间内部干净整洁，有空气净化器，但是整个房间只提供一盒纸巾，有点小家子气！总体很满意，下次会继续入住！

评价一下这个酒店，check-in第一印象韩国前台服务生和扎马尾辫子的女孩子服务态度非常好，对于酒店的第一印象自然也不错，前台服务生耐心有好温暖。之后停车出现点小问题，也及时解决了。最让我们接受不了的就是西餐厅晚餐自助餐一身黑西服短发的陈经理，住过这么多五星级酒店，这种还真是第一次遇到，把客人简直当成动物园的动物，排排队等候，问了一系列明知故问的问题，明明两大一小全家，还问你们几个人一起的吗，而且这种对客人的冷漠不友好的还是没见过，没有一点微笑就不说，各种斜眼翻白眼，这种服务态度对于一个星级酒店简直是一种遗憾。
