中规中矩的一家很有苏州特色的酒店，离地铁四号线团结桥站400米，属于闹中取静的地方，出行也相对方便。店内有园林景观设计，每晚18:00开始在园林的亭子有一个小时的评弹表演。房间干净整洁，虽不奢华但觉得舒适，比较安静，早上小鸟会把你叫醒。酒店早餐可以，但七点开始供应，略迟了一点。特色小吃奥灶面不错，但浇头不敢恭维，有损奥灶面的光辉形象；在二楼吃了晚餐，觉得不够精致；健身房必须要改进。

早餐很好，停车方便免费。这酒店性价比特别高，交通便利离地铁很近。服务非常好。看见小哥都跑出去帮顾客叫车。门卫大叔，餐厅人员前台服务员都留下印象深刻。孩子们特别喜欢喂鱼。提供免费鱼食。房间每晚提供水果点心。不明白差评怎来的？

酒店设施太陈旧了，订的亲子房，结果儿童床就是个吹起来的气垫子，房间的电视要多小有多小，更差的是卫生间也太挤了，马桶和洗手盆几乎是挨上的，坐在马桶上可以够到洗手台上的水龙头，酒店的照片根本看不出来卫生间这么小，这是我住的五星酒店里设施最差的一次，不多说了，以后订酒店一定要先看差评待改进的部分擦亮眼睛，省的堵心
