酒店还可以，三楼有浴室可以下午三点到24点泡澡，虽然没有泡汤一样环境好，主要是在酒店里面，不用出去，休息区环境不太好，直接回房间休息了。同一层还有健身房。
小姐姐还送了几张高尔夫练习场的券，价值也要一两百了。前台服务很好。
疫情期间送早餐到房间。还蛮好。

老牌5星酒店，房间设施一般，自助早餐因为疫情送到房间虽说服务很好，但早餐种类不够丰富碳水类居多，不能在早餐厅自由选择很是遗憾。
距离靠近太湖，但附近不是游览区一般般吧

前台真的有待提高，第一天办入住态度还不错，就是酒店有温泉啊，可以免费打高尔夫这些都不主动说的。直到晚上看了评价打电话了前台（晚上）这位很客气，然后很热情说凭房号就可以去泡温泉。本来还想续住一天，早上问前台，然后那个态度好像我欠多少钱，冷冰冰硬邦邦的。转身上楼理包退房了，以后也不会再去了

经常来太湖，喜欢住这家高尔夫酒店。早餐是苏州人的早餐，小馄饨面条还有地道的苏式点心。特别是早餐厅新设了一台早餐花式咖啡机，咖啡味道香醇。前台2位接待，业务熟练，主动热情。特别有位姓蔡的，细致入微，让人宾至如归。
