酒店设施严重老旧，三个楼层几百个房间就一个服务员搞卫生，788元一晚的房间就是快捷酒店的水平，顶楼（七楼）层高低得离谱，压抑感让人窒息！艺龙怎么能选择这样的酒店合作？？？坑人啊！！！

极度差评，能零星就零星，怎么就没负星呢。隔音差，早餐次，尤其是服务态度，退房后连复印几张纸都态度极差，各种推诿。失望。

酒店地理位置不错，在干将东路上，就在市中心，到观前街和平江路景区，步行基本10-15分钟，酒店环境也还不错，服务也尚可，但是房间设施不行，主要是卫生间的淋浴花洒，热水不行，水温偏凉，电话和前台沟通后，安排了工程师过来，然后工程师给到的回复是，因为今天入住客人太多，用水人太多，导致热水烧不过来，让我等段时间在用，我也是无语了，一家五星级酒店发生这样的情况，就没考虑过有效的解决方案么，最后等了差不多一个小时后还是热水，只能偏凉的速度冲了一把，再次给入住的朋友提个醒。

总体感觉不好，本来预定两天，住了一天就换地方了。房间太老旧，十几年前的木质装修，木家具很旧，旋钮的空调开关已经很多年看不见了。房间里的设备设施几乎没有现代化的，地毯磨的都没有毛了。早餐也一般，对于五星酒店来说真是不怎么样。等等吧，就能想起来这么多了。位置还挺好，出行方便。服务也可以。
