缺：1.地毯真的是不给力啊，三星水平，上面污渍清晰.2.国庆或许客户较多，服务水平跟不上。优：1.周边环境很赞，出门5分钟不到就到太湖边.2.林园式建筑，酒店占地很广，酒店周边逛逛就很不错，不用去景点看人啦。3.有婴儿床，儿童洗簌用品。4.中秋当天入住送了酒店月饼一盒。5.儿童乐园挺不错的，较一般五星酒店大、设施多！br总体而言，会考虑再次入住！地毯问题希望酒店能改进

服务非常好，中餐厅的菜很不错，价格也不贵。早餐相对一般没有大缺点，室外泳池，温泉没有开放。室内泳池水不深， 适合亲子活动。房间大，有阳台。总体不错

优点：床品舒服，设施好，环境也不错，服务态度好，可以太湖边上散散步，中餐厅也不错；缺点：一楼房间霉味很大，白天光线很暗，早餐一般，整体空调不是很足，走在室内感觉很闷。
