酒店就在金鸡湖附近，旁边购物餐饮都很方便，离诚品书店也很近，早餐也不错，带孩子玩还送了薰衣草小熊。

主动服务意识太太太差，带宝宝出行，定的大床房，给我安排的是双床拼起来的大床，中间一条大缝，宝宝睡中间很不舒服，提出这个问题，前台居然说是有这种房间，如不喜欢可以换，我就想问了，这个不是应该在办理入住时就应该提前告知吗？要等到客人自己提出来吗？办理入住时，看到有宝宝也不会主动提供儿童用品，到了第二天换了个房间，洗手台水管居然是漏水的。太差了。早餐对这个价格的酒店来说不算好的，样式太少，各方面比洲际差很多，比凯宾斯基都不如，网红不可信，名不符实

酒店位置很好，楼下就是地铁，四通八达。旁边步行五分钟左右可以去新光天地，诚品，久光。但是酒店服务太差，我买了双早，酒店自己内部系统原因不去解决，不让我们进去吃，要等待他们自检，没有五星级服务的感觉，差评
